Yordam BT, Visited the Central Scientific Library of the Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences.

Continuing its international operations in library automation and information management technologies, Yordam Bilişim Teknoloji paid an official visit to the Central Scientific Library (MEK) of the Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences (ANAS). The official meeting, where technological cooperation opportunities between the two institutions were evaluated, was attended by MEK Director Doctor of Technical Sciences Huseyn Huseynov; Deputy Director for Digitalization, Innovation, and Electronic Services Dr. Oruj Guliyev; Head Specialist of the Digital Library Department Dr. Azad Gurbanov; and Yordam Bilişim Teknoloji representative Semih Ezeroğlu.

Digital Transformation and Global Access in Librarianship

Speaking at the opening of the meeting, MEK Director Huseyn Huseynov drew attention to the importance of modern libraries providing faster and more reliable services to users during digital transformation processes. Providing information about the institution's high-tech infrastructure, electronic databases, and advanced search systems, Huseynov shared the flexible solutions this infrastructure offers for remote access to local and global information resources. He emphasized the necessity of widespread use of high-tech solutions in the modernization of library services.

"Smart Library System" Solutions and Digital Archiving

Within the scope of the visit, a presentation of the Smart Library System solutions developed by Yordam Bilişim Teknoloji was conducted. Our company representative, Semih Ezeroğlu, presented the comprehensive technology ecosystem to the committee, ranging from library automation systems to RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) technologies, and from digital archive management platforms to advanced integration modules. The presentation addressed the strategic advantages these systems offer for enriching and modernizing library services and organizing information management processes more efficiently.

Digital Infrastructure Review and Future Vision

The meeting also featured an on-site inspection of MEK's current electronic equipment, digital service mechanisms, electronic catalog systems, and remote access infrastructure for readers. The technical teams of both institutions engaged in an extensive exchange of ideas regarding potential joint projects and cooperation models that could be implemented in the future, particularly focusing on information and technology transfer.
