The system is designed to work fully integrated with turnstile access gates, break kiosks, and entry/exit readers at library entrances. It automates operational workflow by sending instant SMS notifications to users about their reservation status, session starts, and break end times. To ensure fair use, automatic penalty processes can be executed for users who do not comply with the rules.
